SENATOR ATIKU ABUBAKAR BAGUDU & ORS (2015) LEGAL PRACTITIONER - STAMP/SEAL: The position of the law with regards to failure to affix stamp/seal to a legal process ''Failure to affix stamp, seal to a legal process, renders such a process voidable. A voidable legal process is made valid when counsel affixes the stamp and seal to the said legal process.'' Per RHODES-VIVOUR, J.C.A. (P. 19, Para. B)
